Website operator and payments
HOSPITALNOTE LTD trading as GP Hubs operates this website and receives customer payments. Company number 13267323. Registered office: Unit 5 Red Lion Court, Alexandra Road, Hounslow, England, TW3 1JS.
Our registered office is separate from our partner pharmacy’s dispensing premises.
Prescribing provider and Superintendent Pharmacist
Prescribing services are provided by PharmKG Ltd, trading as Pharmacy + Me. Konstantin Gkioka is Superintendent Pharmacist and prescriber at Pharmacy + Me. GPhC registration number 2224520.
Prescribers review your health information and decide whether treatment is appropriate. They may ask for more information, recommend another option or decline a request.
Medical Lead
Dr Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed is our Medical Lead. GMC reference number 6090897.
Our Medical Lead provides clinical leadership. This role does not mean that he personally reviews every request; the clinician responsible for your care makes the individual treatment decision.
Partner pharmacy and dispensing
Our dispensing partner is Pharmacy Warehouse Ltd, GPhC premises number 9010749, at Unit 3, 2 Somerset Road, London, N17 9EJ.
The pharmacy independently checks prescriptions before dispensing and arranging delivery. It may seek clarification or decline supply. A prescription does not mean medicine has already been dispensed.
Professional registration does not mean a regulator endorses this website or individual treatments. The register and inspection record provide information about the pharmacy and its regulatory history.
Clinical decisions and patient support
Completing an assessment or making payment never guarantees a prescription or supply. If your online medicine request is declined, we refund that request in full, including its delivery charge and any bundled assessment fee.
